Amazing Fake Punt for Touchdown – Fools ESPN

This past weekend was the opening of the 2013 college football season and there were some great plays, but none as great as the fake punt for a touchdown that was pulled off by Villanova in its game against Boston College. The game was aired on ESPN and even ESPN’s cameras were fooled by the play. Only on instant replay do you see how the fake punt was executed. Despite the touchdown, Boston College went on to win the game 24-14.

On Villanova's first drive of the game against Boston College, Jamal Abdur-Rahman ran for a touchdown on a fake punt to give the Wildcats a 7-0 lead. Watch as the cameraman gets fooled when Abdur-Rahman holds on to the ball!
